TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A SALE
No contract will commence between you and Mimi Holliday Ltd for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Mimi Holliday Ltd accepts your order by email confirming that it has despatched your product. For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Mimi Holliday Ltd irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
- We accept most major credit and debit cards including; Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Delta, Switch, Solo, Visa Electron. We also accept Pay Pal and Amazon Pay.
- You will be advised by email or telephone if we cannot process your order because; authorisation of your payment failed or if there are any items on your order that are out of stock.
If you change your mind about an order you have placed, please contact our Customer Services Department on 020 7636 7060, or email us on email@example.com within 24 hours of your order including weekends, bank holidays and public holidays. No cancellations can be made after this time.
DELIVERY AND PACKAGING
Mimi Holliday Ltd's aim is to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of credit or debit card information -excluding weekends and bank holidays. This is subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. If the particular product is not in stock , we can make the garment exclusively for you, and the despatch may be up to 7 days. However if this is the case will contact you within 24 receipt of credit or debit card information -excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays to confirm the delivery time is acceptable for you.
- Mimi Holliday Ltd have made every effort to display the products and colours as accurately as possible on our website. We cannot guarantee the colour you see on your monitor will 100% reflect the colour of the goods on delivery.

- If a Damaris Label piece is not in stock, we can make the garment exclusively for you, but please note, this is subject to our confirmation and the dispatch may be up to 7 working days. If this is the case however, we will contact you within 24 hours of receipt of your payment details to confirm whether the new delivery date is convenient for you. Please note, this excludes weekends, public and bank holidays.
- The new subscriber discount is not valid in conjunction with other code offers.
- Gift cards are not valid in any sale or with any price discount codes. However, the items in which are then purchased with the gift card are valid using a discount code.
