    No contract will commence between you and Mimi Holliday London Ltd for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Mimi Holliday London Ltd accepts your order by email confirming that it has despatched your product. For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Mimi Holliday London Ltd irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.


    • We accept most major credit and debit cards including; Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Delta, Switch, Solo, Visa Electron. We also accept Pay Pal and Amazon Pay.
    • You will be advised by email if we cannot process your order if authorisation of your payment fails, or if there are any items on your order that are out of stock.

      If you change your mind about an order you have placed, please email us on within 24 hours of your order including weekends, bank holidays and public holidays. No cancellations can be made after this time.


      Mimi Holliday London Ltd's aim is to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of credit or debit card information -excluding weekends and public holidays. This is subject to credit clearance and availability of stock.


      Due to the change in the UK's relationship with the EU that came into into effect on 1st January 2021, all shipments outside the UK will be shipped on a 'Delivered Duty Unpaid' (DDU) basis and may, therefore, be subject to import duties and taxes, which will apply once the shipment reaches your designated country.

      This means that you will need to take responsibility for any applicable taxes, duties and handling fees for your designated country, none of which are included in the purchase price.

      Please contact your relevant authority for more information on any rates that may apply to you.

      You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the goods or services are destined.

      Please note that items may not be deliverable overseas due to local law and it shall be your responsibility for any failure to deliver the goods overseas due to local law. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any laws.


      Returns Policy

      We hope you are happy with your items but realise that sometimes you may need to return items.

      So that you can continue to shop with confidence, all orders can be returned within 45 days of the date of purchase.

      Please make sure that all knickers are tried on over your own lingerie. All goods should be returned unworn, unwashed, with all labels intact.


      Terms and Conditions

      • If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered we will exchange them or give you a full refund provided you return them in a re-saleable condition.
      • So that you can continue to shop with confidence, all eligible orders can be returned within 45 days of the date of purchase.
      • Items need to be unused and in their original packaging with all labels intact for a refund to be considered.

      How to Returns items

      • We don't include any paperwork in our orders as we are gradually removing as much packaging and paperwork from our processes as possible.
      • Please contact us on should you wish to return items.
      • Replacement gift items will not be gift boxed, so you may wish to retain the box from your original order.
      • You will be responsible for the cost of returning items. We suggest you use a signed for service and retain your proof of sending. 
      • Please retain a proof of postage as Mimi Holliday London Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit. We recommend that you send the goods by registered post.

      Processing your Return

      • From the date of your return, it can take up to 14 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) to process your return.
      • If you believe your goods are faulty we will inspect them and then contact you by email or phone to discuss an appropriate resolution.

      Exchanges and Refunds

      • We can only exchange items returned in pristine condition.
      • If you require an exchange, you will be contacted within 3-5 working days of our receipt of your items.
      • An exchange will be sent out free of charge.
      • When a replacement item is requested, we will endeavour to fulfill the request but it is dependent on product availability. If a replacement is not available, we will reach out to you to discuss what you would prefer to do.
      • Any postage costs relating to the original shipment will only be refunded if the product is deemed to be faulty by Mimi Holliday London Ltd.
      • Please note that custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Union (EU).
      • We aim to process all refunds within 3-5 working days of our receipt of your items.
      • Any funds due from a refund should appear on your bank statement within 5-10 working days of their receipt (Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside of our control.
      • Refunds will be made via the payment method used to purchase goods.


      • E-Vouchers are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

      • If an item is out of stock before your order has been processed, Mimi Holliday London Ltd will notify you as soon as possible.
      • The new subscriber discount is not valid in conjunction with other code offers.
      • Gift cards are not valid in any sale or with any price discount codes. However, the items in which are then purchased with the gift card are valid using a discount code.
