We know that buying lingerie online can be a tricky experience, especially if it's your first time. However, we want it to be fun and stress free! CAN YOU ADVISE ME ON THE FIT?

We haven't even met! Yes, of course, and we'd love to. Mimi Holliday might be the coolest, but it's also SERIOUS about fit. You have a few options here; firstly, check out the size guide for information about the styles and fit of our collections. Need more help? We've got a whole team of lingerie fit experts in our Personal Shopping Team who are ready and willing to point you in the right direction.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

  • Damaris Ltd have made every effort to display the products and colours as accurately as possible on our website. We cannot guarantee the colour you see on your monitor will 100% reflect the colour of the goods on delivery.
  • Damaris Ltd. Take care to ensure that all details, prices and product description are correct at the time of being entered on our website.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • All goods are subject to availability.
  • If an item is out of stock before your order has been processed, Damaris Ltd will notify you as soon as possible. Please be aware that the office is open from 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered we will exchange them or give you a full refund provided you return them in a re-saleable condition. There is a fee of £4.95 for re-delivery on all exchange items within the UK. Please note that international postage fees for exchange items will vary depending on the destination.
  • Please make sure that the knickers are tried on over your own lingerie. All Goods should be returned unworn, unwashed, with all labels intact. Items that are not returned in this manner will not be accepted unless faulty.
  • E-Vouchers are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Returns Period

  • Please fill out the form enclosed with your order and send it back with your returned goods within 14 days of receipt.
  • If you no longer have the returns form enclose a note with your order, with your name, address, contact telephone number, email address, with your reasons for return and details of your refund or replacement.
  • If you believe your goods are faulty we will inspect them and then contact you by email or phone to discuss an appropriate resolution.
  • Replacement items will not be gift boxed, so you may wish to retain the box from your original order.
  • If Damaris ltd agrees that the product was faulty, the new delivery cost will be covered by Damaris ltd, however, if the product is being exchanged for size or for personal choice reasons, the customer would bear the cost. We would contact you within 48 hours, excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays for your payment details.
  • Damaris Ltd. Cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit. We recommend that you send the goods by registered post. We will contact you once we receive your returns within 48 hours, excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays and then process your request for a refund or replacement as quickly as possible.

 DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

But of course! And the best news is; we'll do it whether you ask us to or not. We want you to have the best experience possible from start to finish, so all orders arrive at your doorstep beautifully packaged as a treat just for you. (Or someone else if, presumably, it's a gift.) We will always deliver in a discrete while parcel, but here's the breakdown of how it will look on the inside:

Mimi Holliday lingerie is presented in a chic, white rectangular gift box with the Mimi Holliday logo embossed in lush gold lettering. The box also features a fine gloss polka-dot print, a flip lid and soft white tissue paper. Simple, nonchalant and luxe.

Damaris pieces are presented in a suitably regal, luxurious hat box in the iconic Damaris blue. This wonderland of packaging comes with a grosgrain ribbon handle design and elegant, gold fastening clasp. It's everything you'd expect from the "Queen of Lingerie." (That's what Tatler called us!)

Max Holliday boxer shorts are presented perfectly for a gentleman in a classic cream gift box, featuring a smart black polka dot lining and a magnetised closure.
